1. First of all be confirm that Lan and Ethernet Drivers must be install on your system.
2. If Not install then Take ur Motherboard CD and install Your Lan & Ethernet drivers. and Restart.
3. Then Install Netprotector Antivirus 2011 from Page1 index....Already uploaded and install that.
